Team Birdie Brigade Ends The 2024 Season In Style

On a picturesque day in Hercules, CA, the PGAHT hosted its Tour Championship at Franklin Canyon Golf Course. Despite a smaller field due to illness and injuries, participants enjoyed a fantastic day of golf. 

Once again, the Birdie Brigade delivered a dominant performance, finishing at an impressive 10-under-par to secure a decisive victory. Brady Clark showcased his exceptional driving ability, consistently positioning the team within short-iron range on Par 4s. John Nunes contributed significantly, combining powerful tee shots with clutch putting to keep the Brigade in prime scoring positions. Greg Nunes demonstrated outstanding precision in his short game, ensuring the team had birdie and eagle opportunities on nearly every hole—including a closing eagle on the 18th to cap off the season in style. 

Team Jarboe also put together an impressive round, though a few missed birdie and par-saving putts made for a challenging day. Despite these setbacks, they remained resilient and displayed the kind of determination that will serve them well in the 2025 season. 

The PGAHT once again highlighted the camaraderie and lasting memories shared on the course, reinforcing the priceless value of the game. We look forward to an even more exciting 2025 season—see you all then!
